Manana in Spanish means tomorrow. In Mexico manana always means tomorrow or the next day or the next. Quien sabe? Well… that kind of sums up our plans at this point. We will not be crossing the Gulf with Cpt. Jim back to Texas. Jaime’s inner ear thing is finally calming down and Cpt. Jim called his friend who really wanted to cross the Gulf and he’s up for it and coming down here soon. Perhaps Manana?
Cpt. Jim is in no rush to leave Isla. Life here is good. The water is beautiful. The sand is white. The temperature is tropical. The food is tasty and cheap. The cerveza is cold. The fish and reef are colorful. Yeah we also are in no rush to leave… but we are thinking about it. Manana.
