Island Time is currently anchored in Placencia Belize. We left the Rio Dulce on Monday and have made our way up here slowly. The picture below shows the winding limestone jungle covered canyon of the Rio Dulce.
The weather here is not great for sailing – thunderstorms and winds on the nose – so we have decided to wait until heading up to Belize City to pick up Jaime.
